Garnet Web has 99% guaranteed uptime with our email and web hosting services and we proudly stand behind it! Our policy is one day credit for every hour of down time.
Exceptions include problems that would beyond our control such as natural disasters, electric power grid failure, and scheduled maintenance for system upgrades.
Web Design and Development
The Garnet Web team continuously strives to provide our customers with a complete solution that they are 100% satisfied with. In the unfortunate event that a client is not fully satisfied with there project, we offer a refund on all unbilled hours for the specified project to the total amount paid at the time of request.
