While most of our clients come to us from the work they have seen us do, some are still skeptical. We are looking for individuals who will actively seek out new leads and develop our current ones. You will work with a team on a specific geographic territory to generate qualified leads, identify and maintain relationships with sales prospects, and close sales deals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to expand our web developments, hosting, and advertising support products through our new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners and managers throughout a variety of companies.
- Identify current and emerging sales opportunities, to effectively add growth to our client base.
- Identify and monitor measures to overcome competitive activities within our market.
- Provide daily sales reporting as well as detailed monthly analysis of sales efforts.
- Work hand in hand with a Corporate Account Manager on a specific geographic and service territory.
- Various other duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Understand recent developments & fundamentals of web design.
- Three years minimum sales experience.
- Positive attitude, self-motivator, goal oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Team player with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Possess a vehicle, maintain a valid driver's license and must provide a driver's abstract annually.
- A positive attitude and customer service approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
- Computer with internet access.
Assets within the Job:
- Current knowledge of web design & web programming.
- Degree/diploma in marketing.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, web sites, web applications, and software development industry.
- Combination of education, training and experience within other related fields.
